Shree Krishna Balaram Temple Vrindavan

Shree Krishna Balaram Temple of Vrindavan is one of the beautiful temples of modern India. This Temple was built by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) in 1975 in Location known as “Raman-Reti”, 3 km from the center of Vrindavan, India. This temple is dedicated to the divine brothers- Lord Krishna and Lord Balaram. 

The Temple has three altar .First is of Lord Krishna and Lord Balaram being principal deities. Second is of Shree Radha–Shyamasundar with their gopis, Lalita and Vishakha and third Shree Gaura-Nitai. Shree Gaura-Nitai is believed to be the most merciful incarnations of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and Nityananda Prabhu who appeared about 500 years ago in West Bengal.

Adjacent to the temple there is a funerary monument (Samadhi) of A. C. Bhakti Vedanta Swami Prabhupada, the founder of ISKCON, constructed in pure white marble, whereas his private chambers have been renewed as a museum. The construction of this temple is done in the Bengal Renaissance style with lively murals on Krishna's life. The temple also has a Guesthouse, Restaurant, Gurukula and Goshala.
